MTN Mobile Money (Procedure for deposit)

• The customer must have the phone number on which they want to deposit.
• The customer must know the name in which the number he wants to deposit on is registered.

Procedure for withdraw

• Withdraws can only be done by the owner of the phone number and in person i.e. the customer has to be present at the location during the transaction
• The customer must know their PIN for mobile money and they SHOULD NOT share it with anyone.

Airtel Money (Procedure for deposit)
